These Terms of Service govern your use of annamundo.com and all related services, including the AI Itinerary Planner and the Contributor Tip system.
AnnaMundo provides AI-generated city travel guides, curated local tips, and personalised day-by-day travel itineraries. Content is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and should be treated as a starting point for travel planning — not as a substitute for official information or professional advice.
AnnaMundo is currently in public beta. Features may change, be extended, or be discontinued without prior notice.
Certain features (itinerary generation, tip submission) require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old to register.

Current prices for itinerary passes are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details. Passes are personal and non-transferable.
Language learning subdomains (mandarin.annamundo.com, japanese.annamundo.com, and any future language subdomains) offer a Pro subscription plan billed on a recurring basis. The subscription fee is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
In accordance with the EU Digital Content Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/770), the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for digital content does not apply once you have given explicit consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By starting your subscription and accessing the service immediately, you consent to this and waive your cooling-off right. Outside of this waiver, no refunds are issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent EEA/Liechtenstein consumer protection law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has already begun with the consumer's explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By clicking "Generate Travel Plan", you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital itinerary and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once generation begins.
No refunds are issued once an itinerary has been generated. If generation fails due to a technical error on our side, your credit will be restored automatically. For any issues, contact us at hello@avamundo.com.

By submitting a local tip, you grant AnnaMundo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, translate, and distribute the tip on the platform. You confirm that your tip is original, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe third-party rights.
Tips are reviewed by AI and human editors before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any tip without explanation. Contributor credits awarded for accepted tips have no cash value.
Itineraries and city guide content are generated with the assistance of AI (Mistral). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of AI-generated content. Opening hours, prices, visa requirements, and safety conditions change frequently — always verify critical information from official sources before travelling.
All platform content, design, and code are the property of Patrick Kieber unless otherwise stated. Generated itineraries are for your personal use only and may not be resold or republished without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnnaMundo is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on content provided on this platform, including travel itineraries.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Liechtenstein, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
